Some Background

Hello everyone! We hope you all are very, very well.

Welcome to "Feline Trinity"

This site is a blog, written by us, Prudence, CC and Teddy. We are 3 cats, living life to the full in South Australia with our two Scottish dads.

Our family may seem an "alternative" one, but we live in a bubble of love and want to share our special moments and our stories with you.

And while we are here, we should point out that the world is discriminatory by nature. Blogger wouldn't allow cats to sign up for a blog account, so all posts are published by our daddy David.

Introductions

You will be wondering who we are. Our stories will unfold in time, post by post, through the blog.

However, to get you started, here are some little nuggets to get your mouth watering.

Prudence

Hi! I was the first cat adopted by David and Sam. I had already had a few adventures, meeting some great people, before finally finding my home and family at the age of approximately six months old.

I am black and white. My looks are classic, but I definitely have my own style. My nose is pink, but with a black smudge on it, adding a whole new dimension to my beauty.

My dads think I'm part Burmese, and I do have that typical build of a "brick wrapped in silk". I'm athletic, powerful and assertive. I am affectionate too, but always on my terms.

CC

I am looking forward to having the chance to share my story with the world.

My name is CC, a tribute to Bette Midler's character CC Bloom from the hit movie Beaches. My dads love that movie.

Everyone calls me CC, but my daddy Sam calls me Cecilia Claire when I'm a bit naughty.

I hardly even remember life before my dads adopted me. I was maybe eight weeks old when I came home with them.

Black and white like Prudence, I am more slender than my sister and brother, and I can jump incredible heights without even really trying. I am also more aloof and independent than my siblings, but I do enjoy my dads scratching me behind my ears and giving me a good back rub. I'm not too keen on being picked up, as I like being in control.

Teddy

Theodore is my "Sunday name" but I'm called Teddy. Sometimes my dads will call me "Teddy boy" or "T-boy".

I'm ginger and proud. I think I'm cuter than my sisters, but that's just my opinion. I love cuddling in with my dads and being rubbed and scratched. I'm very loving and affectionate.

When I came home with my dads, as a tiny kitten, my sisters were already there. I was a bit nervous to begin with, but my sisters really look after me. Prudence is a bit older than me and doesn't let me away with much, but I love a good tumble and pretend fighting with CC.

Our Two Dads

Our dads are both from Scotland. They came to South Australia for the adventure and the chance to have a better life.

Making a life for themselves here, they decided to expand their family by opening their home and their hearts to us three.

Daddy Sam helps people look after their eyes, and daddy David looks after people having surgery.

They are good people and we love them very much.
